Just cause the top players are recuited doesn’t mean that the players will automatically be on that roster, they have to go through the training-camp and scrimmage process that determines whether they’ll be on the roster(1st string). Or they may not be at that colloge for long cause some of them players may transfer after 1 or 2 years, or suring their redshirt years.
